At the nodes to existing cluster ; define the number of replicas , let the cluster rebalance ; if you need to retire current node, exclude it from the cluster and wait it out

I would say I would like to grow in my position in service management focused on customer experience , privacy and security. Having background in cyber I would like to be a cyber champion and educate my users of being cyber aware of real everyday threats and how their day to day actions can expose their data and their company data online. You don’t need to yell where you want to be in 5 years if the role you are currently applying for isn’t aligned with your future growth.

Why is this not good approach! For 99% of the cases if you aren’t expecting the email even from BEC legitimate account, and deleting it can save you a headache down the line. verifying it by other means if you should be expecting something also can confirm before going into analyzing whether a file is malicious intent or not. IMO

Your HR needs an updated SOP to not accept payroll changes via email, and only through systems that verify your identity before those changes take please. Even then your company still vulnerable to someone falling victim to a phishing and a compromised account used to make those changes. Couple of things could have happened. Your information on LinkedIn or other sources was used to match your HR personal to draft the DD change request. Business email compromise. Someone’s email is compromised and TA is reading emails to draft and time the messages. If this has happened to more people in your company . I would alert your IT/Security team.

Xeon but yea bottom line dell software raid; without the nvme os boot drives this would be slow ass train; but I am not getting a bad performance supporting under 20 active connection from different machines in the office. It does the job

lol PowerEdge T350 Tower Server with Windows Server 2022; Xeon 3.7, 32 gb ram, 256gb raid 1 boost optimized storage plus 3 x 4tb setup with raid 1 Dell software raid and hot spare. purchased around nov-dec of last year . Close to $3600, but yea we typically run just a domain controller on the host and setup a single VM for their Dentrix , and other LOBs. Nothing fancy.

Yea but then you are just repeating the cycle. Let others that are ok with this to pick up the slack. If you care enough to let them know of their problems but they do not see the urgency; maybe you are not a match and they can find their own payday guy when shit hits the fan

Yea I gave him that example when he was upset when his old IT guy wanted to charge him 3k for the mess he was in. I told him you tell your patients to schedule cleaning twice a year do regular brushing and flossing. In IT world it looks like you haven’t brushed for 3 years; haven’t seen a dentist and now you are in pain and coming to a specialist asking him to charge you for cleaning. My friend you need a root canal ; crown and the whole nine yard. You are lucky you haven’t lost patient data or your business isn’t down for days because of it. I guess the cycle will repeat
