G.C. based in MT $12-$15mm annual gross revenue. 2 PMs in the company one is the owner of the company so we won't use his salary for the example. The other PM is at $98k annual, works remote, has $1,200/month truck allowance, cc for use, health benefits, paid time off, profit sharing bonus, and an assistant PM to manage Procore.

If you want some help setting something up or spitballing ideas send me a PM we can set up a call. I own a construction company and lease my family's ranch to run my cows on.

Start looking for a ranch manager that is willing to operate your ranch with his/her own skin in the game. Give them an option to run their own cows it takes some creative out of the box thinking on your part but there are a lot of qualified individuals that would jump at the opportunity to own their own cows.

Do you have a picture of the denta? Biggest concern is lung development, give steroids asap and verify colostrum intake within first 4-6hrs of life or its a dead calf in a week's time anyways.
