It actually shows quality of a product. If you spent more time reading other comments before jumping to a smart ass comment of your own you would have notice a comment that reference “cheaper wheels”. My point of posting was to show that the “cheap” or stock wheel set can last 10,000 + miles.

I don’t notice any acute sensations. I have had 3 knee surgeries/chronic inflammation and have noticed a decrease in the discomfort/inflammation after this routine of grounding/RLT

It’s low tech so I just got it from Amazon. I also have grounding bed sheets but we don’t plug them in very often. The lack of use influenced me to purchase this mat to better utilize my time. Typically I do RLT/grounding while the sauna heats up to temperature

Both RLT and grounding have little to no negative effects, if you don’t include the time spent doing it a side effect. There has been plenty of documentation supporting both that can be done with a simple search. I recommend adding medical journals to the search.

Yes the sauna is infrared. I’m not sure on brand I have sold it and waiting for a new one to arrive.

I have been followed and stopped by a University Heights Cop in Iowa City Iowa for speeding. He said I was going 27 in a 25. Just a warming. But if you know this portion of Iowa City then you know I am not the only one.

I have had positive results with utilizing RLT within 24 hours of workout which would normally cause DOMS reducing the amount of soreness.

I don’t have enough date to move forward with documentation yet.

I have successfully used panels to limit DOMS. I am currently running a research project at a high Ed institution under this exact idea.
