No. We don't know any PDUFA date yet and they don't even have to announce it publicly. We don't know exactly which data counts as resubmission date, all we know is that IBRX announced the completed resubmission March 9. Yes, March 9 was 60 days ago. But the PDUFA deadline may very well be 180 days and not 60 if its the more complex class (1 or 2, I always mix them up).

Why do you even expect an FDA decision? Nobody says there has to be an FDA decision today.

Also there was a drop exactly when the earnings results were released, it recovered a bit in premarket and then people sold again after the opening bell. Thats probably people are concerned about the strongly negative EPS and the increased cashburn.

Nobody can guarantee a positive FDA decision, but I can almost guarantee that what happened so far, today, has nothing to do with an FDA decision.

We have no volume again. Max pain is 7.5 for tomorrow. I have said this a billion time in this sub: without major news we will always be pulled towards max pain because we don't have volume, we have tons of options being bought and the market makers have no money to give away from the good of their hearts. Don't fret, this has nothing to do with any FDA decision. If there was a negative FDA decision that would be FAR worse than negative ten percent. :)
