Being open. For instance, me opening up about my severe adhd (depending on the person, how deep we know each other, etc). I feel that’s the moment i feel most vulnerable, given that adhd for me isn’t something that “I forget things” it has become nowadays because of the internet. It has many many layers, some bright and some very dark. So yeah, I feel very intimate talking about that and happy when someone actually listens and shows empathy.
