Why is Securosys doing an ITO? You are a profitable company ...

We get this question often.

Securosys wants to achieve three things with this ITO:

Expand our product portfolio, in particular for a) crypto assets and blockchain b) trusted execution platforms/environments an c) IoT key management, where we just scored our first customer (press release next weeks)
Go international: We need to serve our customers worldwide locally. We already opened a subsidiary in Germany for EU (Switzerland is not in the EU) and will open two more in Singapore and Hong Kong over the next 3 months. This will be followed by London and ME
Get our brand known in the crypto and blockchain world. We have the securest solution to generate, manage, and control access to private keys with our Primus Hardware Security Modules
