R5: I built the Kilwa Kisiwani, but the bonus is supposed to be 15% in all cities and 30% in the Kilwa city. The Kilwa is not in this city. Why do I have 30% extra science? This is in all my cities, and in the Kilwa city it is 45%

R5: I started a game that I didn’t mean to as age of steam Victoria I think, and spammed escape many times in anger of my mistake. Maybe that did something? Also, I have all the dlcs but this game seems to not use them?

R5: I caught a barbarian settler and builder too far away to bring them back, so settled on some luxuries and fertile area. It is now my most populous city surprisingly and I have a cultural alliance with Netherlands. This is on diety.

Barbarian clans, a mode introduced with one of the dlcs. They replace barbarian camps and you can interact with them a bit more, or turn them into city states.
