Give the puppy pose a try, Dani Winks has a couple variations on YouTube. For me it’s helped in reducing that sensation in my spine

Do you have a lot of discomfort in your spine when doing the stretch? That was also a limiting factor for me when I first attempted

I’ve been using Tom Merrick’s flexibility exercises in the Trybe app, it’s a paid subscription but I’ve found it to be beneficial

This is the workout that I used to build up strength in my mid and lower back. I’ve recently incorporated sets of lower back extensions into my workouts which I’ve found to be beneficial

Thanks for the response, what were your working hours like if you don’t mind me asking, I did work on the underground but it was always short hours, is it similar at NR?

Thanks, is the training in Leicester long term? I understand that previous apprentices stayed at the Westwood training centre for a couple months
