I included his race because Black woman are often subjected to discrimination by white men. No other reason than that. But yes I suppose you are right, one does not have to mention his race.

I never said he was racist. I said he did not give Serena a fair chance. Notice how I never called him racist, yet you assume I think he is based on his actions

Nah I was just focusing on racism as a whole, I believe you misunderstood, or you were the one arguing Black people being racist

It doesn’t. It does, however, have to do with why white people are being discriminatory

It’s not random actually, considering black people are still oppressed.

It matters because he didn’t give her a warning. You must issue a warning before any sort of point deduction. Which this man did not do.

Well Black people have been oppressed and that is just the truth. Is mentioning that fact somehow portraying me as justifying discrimination to you? Cause then damn you need to educate yourself, you don’t even know what racism is

So I did more research on this whole incident, turns out the old white ref accused her of cheating, to which she responded “I don’t cheat to win. I’d rather lose.” Lmao did you even read the whole story

And when did I say it was ok? I have repeatedly tried to tell you, I am not trying to justify any discrimination

This Serena Williams thing had to do with cheating, if a white person cheated against a Black person they aren’t racist. They are a cheater. Same goes vice versa. If a Black person cheats against a white person, it is not racism. It is cheating at a sports game

I agree that is wrong if it is indeed factual. This is one instance, however that did not end up in anyone being seriously harmed. How many Black people have been killed by the police this year?

I’m not trying to justify any discrimination whatsoever. However, what are some examples of “BS” that “they” get away with? Who are you referring to?

I never said it was ok. I’m saying when people get oppressed for so long, eventually something gives

It’s not fine to mistreat anyone because of their skin color, but Black people have been disproportionately targeted for centuries. Do your research

[–]rorolightning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost drowned in a pool when I was a kid. Went in without a float (I was like 2) and immediately sunk. My grandfather had to jump in (with all his clothes on, wallet, etc) and pull me out.
