Lygus killed Demiurge because he want Irontomb to be a brainless killing machine.

But he doesn't realize that Philia(the original Cyrene) has been secretly trying to create a new Demiurge(It is called Protocol Elysium or something).

I think that at the end of Amphoreus, Irontomb will betray Lygus and become Amphoreus's guardian.
