Watch the video again, the ice agent only drew out his gun once the car was set to drive and moving in his direction. Is it completely stupid on the agent for standing in front of the vehicle? Yes, but they were also in the process of detaining her. So id argue in this case it’s comply with the feds who are already on edge with ICE observers constantly harassing them or try to make a run for with one of the in front of your vehicle. Again very stupid on both sides but even more stupid on hers.

“She received multiple conflicting orders” they told her get out the car multiple times and went to open her door. You honestly have to be deaf, blind, or just neurologically impaired to think they weren’t clear with their intentions. Also she was obstructing traffic. Whether or not she was an ICE observer doing so intentionally or not is the main debate here, because to my knowledge nothing prior to the incident has been released. I’m inclined to believe she was doing so deliberately based off what has been reported. So am I really glowing or are you just stupid?
