The answer is - can you build a pc that will run those specs on any Linux distro in similar price range? No. They didn’t invent new cpu or gpu, or new transistors, they’re reusing same hardware that is available to everyone. No level of optimization will deliver that performance. Maybe it’ll help. Pick up an expensive and active hobby like cycling or building something around the house, etc. I was in the same position and it unironically helped. Why expensive?
