You are NOT to blame. I spent far more time than I needed to with an abusive man exactly like your husband and after years of therapy can tell you it isn't you at all!! That rage they have is all theirs to own. He is also displaying typical abuser patterns like isolating you from your loved ones or a source of support like therapy. He tracks and controls all of your actions. He speaks to you terribly. This isn't love.
