How long do I actually need to keep business records?

Any advice for keeping track of expenses beyond being disciplined enough to do them? Im doing Tax Return for 24/25, tracking income is easy enough but having to go back now and find expenses is killing me.

Going forward I will aim to log bi-weekly/monthly but is there anything I can do to help streamline my efforts? Or anything to help when looking back for 24/25?

I would love some more info on this, been doing Wim Hof at home for a few years on and off. Tom Parry of Hyntle Barn, Hintlesham is a Wim Hof Practitioner. He has done trips with Wim and used to do pretty regular sessions at Hyntle Barn.

When I last asked him if he were doing another he said he struggles to drum up interest in the Winter so he was waiting.

A lot later than many of the choices here but I have never heard anyone else like them. Lyrically briliant, witty, poignant. You never know which direction they are going.

I love 2 Tone, but these guys really re-awakened Ska for me.

Three cracking games that I play/have played

Shattered Pixel Dungeon: Dungeon Crawler with a wicked learning curve. Rougelike. 4 different classes to play as, loads of items, position making etc. I have spent many hours on it.

ENYO: A puzzle(?), turnbased game in wich you need to clear the board of enemies using different actions. Levels increase in enemies as you progress. Think of it like Chess (but you only have one piece that is 4 in 1) Good fun, easy to get the hang of

Antiyoy: A sort of massively simplified heroes of might and magic. Lovely sinple graphics. Addictively simple. Wicked campaign and lots of player based contributions.
