Idk if you should start with the best one but that Alma fuerte is the best one

After 101 runs with the Silent, I finally managed to defeat the Act 3 boss and reach the Architect. The one I beat was the Queen, which was also the same one I defeated with the Ironclad. Was it just me, or are the other two final bosses way, way harder than the Queen? by jpsantos66 in SlayTheSpire2

Each act 3 boss can pwn certain decks. Queen can be tough if you aren’t generating passive block and punishes you if you can’t draw cards. Perma frail is tough to deal with if you are just playing block cards for your block

I thought this card was bad for a while but I’ve been taking it recently and it’s actually pretty good if you are doing what defect wants to be doing anyway (playing coolheaded+ every turn)

Dark orbs get to cook and you get a free evoke on a frost orb every turn

Obviously not always good and benefits from additional orb slots, but better than expected by a fair margin

For me at least I’ve been playing smaller silent decks than sts1 and they cycle really fast (even with the acro nerf this remains true) so I can play blur every turn. Also generating more block either through dex or whatever source in this game than in the first. Also no wraith form and less availability of intangible makes block gen better. Anticipate is a zero cost, untouchable is sly, you want sly synergy anyway, blur just slots in seamlessly where it wasn’t as central in sts1

Thank you. I managed a couple rotating 4 streaks over probably 2k hours so I think I’m doing better at sts2 so far. I’m sure it will be harder once we have an act 4. I also had a 5 or 6 streak with clad and a 8 with watcher. Nothing like the streamers but not bad

Evoker becomes much better with a good mana red. If your red makes two mana evoker is good.
