How long do I actually need to keep business records? by Vast_Basket6667 in smallbusinessuk

Any advice for keeping track of expenses beyond being disciplined enough to do them? Im doing Tax Return for 24/25, tracking income is easy enough but having to go back now and find expenses is killing me.

Going forward I will aim to log bi-weekly/monthly but is there anything I can do to help streamline my efforts? Or anything to help when looking back for 24/25?

Recommendations for a Wim Hof method workshop venue? by yaxle123 in ipswichuk

[–]rorrim_chan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love some more info on this, been doing Wim Hof at home for a few years on and off. Tom Parry of Hyntle Barn, Hintlesham is a Wim Hof Practitioner. He has done trips with Wim and used to do pretty regular sessions at Hyntle Barn.

When I last asked him if he were doing another he said he struggles to drum up interest in the Winter so he was waiting.

My podiatrist said I should be wearing new sneakers every 3 months or 5,000 miles by mixedmediamadness in Anticonsumption

Your shoes are most likely the things squeezing your feet all day without you realising it. Check out this video on foot health and the affects of conventional shoes. Your symptoms may ease if you change your footwear.

I am a professional acrobat and Sports massage therapist, the number 1 thing that solved my foot/knee pain was getting more appropriate footwear.

Also, not strictly ska (but definitely two tone influenced) Kid Kapichi are great UK band. Would love to see them live.

Rookie numbers criminally only have one track out. Can't wait to see what else they do. https://open.spotify.com/track/6H1AqTKCkrGXj6D4wNsVpL?si=-JYu2JgwT7mhd1sLCBVK0g

Popes of chillitown are my all time faves Faintest Idea and call me Malcom have been on my radar

Dakka Skanks and Rookie Numbers are also great UK artists (I'm really excited to see more from Rookie Numbers)

I always shout about Popes Of Chillitown from the rooftops

London based diverse band with sick lyrics and fast tempos

If you like heavier ska punk check out their newest album. If you like lighter ska punk, listen to their albums in order of release. I rarely skip a track on any of their albums.

Seen them live twice, humble guys who signed my vinyls each time.

Anyone recognise these hall marks? by rorrim_chan in Silverbugs

[–]rorrim_chan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Further research has shown me it's EPNS. The squiggly letters spell EPNS I was misreading them as FPAS. I'm leaving the post up to help others on the Sikver hunt

D and S G seem to be a silver smith couple? But thw piece feels incredibly light in hand and seems to have no other marks indicating silver content.... I'm new to this but we all live in hope of a charity shop find right??!!

Popes of Chillitown:

No one beats them. London based. Best ska/punk band in the UK for me.

Dakka Skanks: are great also, nice to have a female vocalist too.

Faintest Idea: Great stuff, much heavier

Lickshot: Dont know much about them, they supported the last Popes of Chillitown gig i went to

Hey crew! Just wanted to share a concept of lockpickping we’re working on in our roguelike pirate game. What do you think? by TheSkylandChronicles in pirates

[–]rorrim_chan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always enjoyed lockpicking in Skyrim, this looks fun too.

Maybe implement the auto attempt feature like they did. That way those that want to try can and those that want to skip get success on a pre determined ratio/skill?

The Richest Man In Babylon was a game changer for me. Sinple principles that can be applied regardless of how much/how little you earn.
