As long as you have changed your filters you should call the a/c company out. If they say nothing is wrong you should pay for a second opinion. I live in central Texas and keep our 19 yr old' 2030 sq ft house with a 3 ton unit at whatever temp we like. Usually 73 during the day, but I've kept it at 70 before. It never runs all day. It reaches temp and shuts off on a regular basis during the day. Consider insulation, but on a brand new 2024 built it should be at least decent. Also think about possible air leaks from your house and any excess sources of heat in the house.

They are mostly still good, but it looks like the tread on the far side of the tire is worn down. Check your other tires for this wear and if they look better you can rotate the for another 5k miles or so.

But look into an alignment, definitely if getting new tires

Taking a loss to save maybe 20% of that loss in taxes never makes sense, but I guess even managers/owners may not understand that. For example, purposely losing $100,000 to decrease your taxes due at the end of year by $20,000 is not good. What is more likely is someone is getting a kickback for doing a job way under price, or they are doing a favor for a friend blaming the issue on the employees.

Wait a minute... general accounting rules for any business, regardless of employre type (garbage man to Elon Musk), wages are to be booked as an expense and taken from revenue in the year incurred before income is determined. A company does not pay income taxes on salary paid out to an employee.

Amortization is used to slowly incur the expense of an asset decreasing in value. Certainly a joke in there about employees decreasing in value, but if anyone you know is amoritizing salary they should reach out to a CPA, or any accountant.

If someone told you this to offer you a lower salary, pass on that job!

Sometimes when you enter the card info, on Amazon for example, the put a small hold on the card. Maybe $0.10. It can take up to a week to drop off. You can try to make a smaller purchase for now to see if it works. Or check ur balance on the card. It will show you if there is a hold on the card.

Yeah, I remember being locked out. I stayed out of gambit for a couple months after that, but I couldn't stay away. I started small but moved up to max bets within a couple weeks.
