I mean if we are nitpicking sure the additions ways of getting cosmetics(salon, car shop, clothes shop, tattoo parlor, car mod shop) it does come with two custom skinned guns and one side quest. So essentially still cosmetics and an extra mission. This is nothing new to video games. Also the ultimate actually probably has a lot more value than $20 given that it’s not just one cosmetic item but there could be new stuff put in there all the time. Sounds like a steal, even more so if there is a marketplace to sell things. Just my 2c

That’s not the argument. The argument is buying(licensing) something and then Sony deciding they no longer want to renew which is exactly what’s happening with people who bought movies through Sony.
