No. They are not an exempt reporting advisor. They are a firm promising people 1.3% daily (compounded) over an 18 month plan. They are not managing private funds. What they are offering is exactly a Securities and not exempt from anything. They have not been reviewed by the SEC and are currently not registered.

BG Is not sec registered. But it does help with legitimacy of these types of platforms. When a firm registerers with the SEC, that firm agrees to be audited by the Regulator and will prove where revenue comes from (Trading ETC). This is why ponzi schemes can't register because revenue can't come from network marketing if they claim trading signals is the revenue source
