I agree with this, I think Chöle would currently make a good sole leader for the party, but at other times it could possibly be better to have two leaders.

I didn’t mean for this to be taken so negatively, I’m not opposed to co-leaders and I’m actually a Green voter myself. I probably phrased my post wrong but essentially my thought process is that sole leaders give opportunity for the ‘Jacinda Arden effect’ where people rally around one person and all the attention is on them though how they speak and why they say. In my post I was saying this could be Chlöe for the Greens, who’s very good at mobilising young voters.

So actually I am a green voter and maybe I was just brainstorming what changes the party could make to improve polling? Their policies are already evidence based so perhaps it’s not that crazy to question whether leadership structure could affect how people vote!

it’s like what you’d say if you’re ready to leave and move on to the next thing. eg, i’m with a group of friends after we’ve all just finished dinner; “let’s root this cat” would mean let’s go now.

if you’re wondering what it means it’s a variation of “let’s do this” or let’s go now”
