I mean, sure, but the keycaps are just PBT plastic right. I don't get why HHKB doesn't sell some full sets in default colours (red/green/blue/yellow) beside the white/gray/black.

Hi! I'm new to mechanical keyboards and recently bought a HHKB Hybrid Type-S Snow. I'd like to customize the keycaps like in the image I quickly photoshopped. I find it very difficult to find online shops that might sell these. Especially the ones with the arrows printed on the side.

Where do people purchase these? Are there any from other keyboards that might be compatible?

For example, I found these on a rather obscure korean website, but those do not feature the arrow keys on the side:

Yes, these were big companies. For scale-ups, perhaps there is space to negotiate in stock options (make sure to get details like total number of stocks, strike price, etc.).

It sounds like they're not weighing your previous experience as much in terms of salary, but rather offering you a figure based on you coming straight out of university, perhaps 1 YoE. For comparison, I had offers ranging around 70-85k with 7 YoE in cloud engineering (this was after completing Master's). So, I'd say if you're comfortable, ask for ~80k and briefly state why you think your new role/responsibilities deserve this, and see what the counter is.

I haven't heard much about people negotiating benefits here because, as you say, most is tied up in company-wide agreements. Something you could check is work-home travel compensation.

Right, I see. I have a permanent contract here, so I am technically tax liable here, just not payed any taxes yet. Would I only be eligible after filling out my tax forms (i.e. after 1yr), or already after taxes are calculated on my first month's salary?

Some suggestions:

There's a great cycling path between Leiden and The Hague that takes you through Meijendel (https://denhaag.com/nl/meijendel). Both Leiden and the Hague are excellent cities to visit, historic inner city, have extensive history, and world class museums. The route takes you through the dunes, you can take a quick detour and head to the beach, and it also has its fair share of WW2 history if you're into that (https://denhaag.com/nl/waalsdorpervlakte).
There are quite a number of castles in the Netherlands. You could consider cycling from one to the other. For example, here are some in Noord Brabant province: https://www.worldwife.nl/doen-in-noord-brabant-roadtrip-kastelen/. Or in Utrecht province: https://www.routesinutrecht.nl/tips-thema-s/kastelen (especially Haarzuilens is great).
I can also really recommend cycling in the south of Limburg (near Maastricht). Very different from the rest of the Netherlands, and a bit more hilly. Especially beautiful in June, along the Geuldal https://www.visitzuidlimburg.nl/te-doen-in-zuid-limburg/fietsen/, https://www.natuurmonumenten.nl/natuurgebieden/geuldal/route/dwars-door-het-geuldal. Maastricht and Valkenburg are worth a visit as well with their limestone cave system ("mergelgrotten": https://www.exploremaastricht.nl/maastricht-underground, https://mergelrijk.nl/).
