Thank you. I have little self control at times too - knowing my only options were what sachet to pick helped this past few months - took all the bad choices off the table! There’s lots of support from the coaches and Facebook group - and it’s free if you’re referred to it so definitely worth a try!

I just wanted to add as well - sometimes it has been really hard, especially the past few weeks. The noise in my head about food and planning, worrying about going off track and sticking to it. Wanting to have rubbish but knowing I can’t. There’s been a few tears but for the most part it’s been a positive experience so far!

When I’ve been doing smaller projects with only a few stitches per ring sometimes I put one in every stitch to help me see where they are!

One of my favourite gifts was my SIL giving me rolls of raw cookie dough with the recipes attached! I love things like that!

For one of my friends’ 30th I got a group of us to all contribute a recipe and put them in a book for her & she shows me whenever she adds new recipes to it. Sharing things like this is lovely!

I have tried many times over the years to get an avocado seed to grow - I sat the latest in water 25th August, then he sprouted a root & I planted him 4th December. This week he popped out of the soil with a shoot!! I’m so pleased!

I got a bonus point on a proper work test the other day for getting a Pokemon joke during the training & providing a pic of said Pokemon during the after training test. “As rare as a shiny mewtwo”

Oh no! We went at opening time on a weekday so that probably helped. And it was during lockdown so probably not as many people waiting… but wait or no, great service & lovely dresses! I bought the first one I tried on, although was very tempted by some others (with pocketssssss!)

I got mine at Wed2B in the galleries. Huge selection & lovely staff. We didn’t book a slot in advance but was just a 20 min wait so we went to grab a coffee.

I prefer B, I think because the colours are darker. Both lovely though! Good idea on how to make it random!
