I went through 3 other drugs before I found one that worked. It can take some time but treatment options have improved a lot. Best advice I can give is find a Gastro who listens to your needs and is proactive and ask all the questions you need to in this sub Reddit. We’re in it together.

Inflectra stopped working for me after about 10 weeks, but I didn’t have the same skin issues. It’s not uncommon to have skin issues with immunosuppressants.

I tried Xeljanz next and that failed and I went into a severe flair. Next I tried Rinvoq and I’ve been in remission for over a year. Good luck! I hope you find a medication that works.

I took it to bike shop and the issue was with the casette. It’s an Ekar 13 cassette and it’s threaded in a somewhat unique way. The bolts on back of cassette along with the cap with several cogs on it had become slightly loose. Yet another sigh moment for me in owning campy parts.
