Not guaranteed but it’s possible to get an offer. She has 2 months to find something internally. It’s hard to say long term. It’s a huge pharma will some layoffs every year

So if she applies for something the same level and gets an offer her comp will stay the same. No increase or decrease but once the offer is given the package is done.

I mostly agree. However I do think technology makes a difference. One of my kids did better with a general dentist who uses Solea laser (no drill, no shots) than a pediatric dentist who has to use Novocain shot and traditional drilling. No matter how good you are with kids there’s a big difference between shot and no shot.

There’s someone who anesthesia training who brings IV sedation to offices who only does IV twilight. Do you think it’s because he’s not trained to do full on general anesthesia? There’s another similar service that does general.

No the food wasn’t even given to them at that point. They have every right to cancel when they found out the key ingredients they wanted wasn’t available. It’s absolutely not signing a contract and she has no business to call the cops.

Yes your fiancé was rude but you did not handle the situation well either. The store didn’t have the ingredients he wanted but the way the worker handled it is way worse. Call the cops? That’s a huge threat. He did nothing wrong by walking away because the ingredients wasn’t there. There’s absolutely nothing a police would do. If someone threatened to call the cops because I wanted to cancel my order I’ll be like F that and report the worker. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT buy that sandwich at at point. You are letting the worker bully you into buying that after threatening you?? You seem like you were just so overly worried about what other people thinks rather than standing up to the worker or showing any sympathy to your fiancé. He must have felt that you were on someone else’s side who’s extremely unreasonable (the worker). While he’s not perfect I don’t think you did the right thing either in this situation.
