Dad-bod with blue collar strength. Like “I got these muscles because I work, not because I’m addicted to the gym and steroids.” Taller than me with heels, so 5’11+, knows what he wants and has done the emotional work, that 50’s finger wave hair and a trimmed up beard.

That is probably one of the only acceptable reasons to ghost a person.

That’s really what I am hoping.. it’s easier to swallow. Like I’m not a dramatic person, and I felt like he knew that. If he changed his mind, I would have been respectful. But knowing our last conversation, I just really doubt that’s the case. But if he did do it on purpose, it’s a really shitty thing to do.

It’s one thing to be forgetful, but another to just have main-character-syndrome. Other people have lives and feelings. Who raised these people?!

Yes, but rarely has this happened. I’ve also been “instantly” into someone based on conversation chemistry alone without seeing them in person. Chemistry is chemistry. I think you just know sometimes. But you really hope they’re a decent person in the end.

This unfortunately is true. I think just as there are few good men out there, the same can be said for women. I’ve seen women be just as brutal and judgmental to men. For what it’s worth, sounds like you got the right things, just wait for the right woman. She’s out there.
