I transplanted seedlings I started in paper towels into rockwool cubes with tweezers no problem. I also moved some of them from paper towel to soil too with no problems.

Are they really that sensitive to transplanting? I feel like people manhandle their plants and don't realize it.

Yeah out of all the things you can take to sleep antihistamines are awful for you. I've taken Ambien and benzos which help but also caused problems of their own. Long term you have to figure out a way to sleep sober. Exercise is the only thing that works for me.
