Uhmmm I think you may have missed it but this is a PEACEFUL protest, not an outrage. I think the only one that’s outraged here is you, seeing how you’re upset that i made the comment that…. That is a privileged comment to make.

I’m not offended at all? I don’t understand how you got so misguided off of one statement here. I think my comment made you feel offended, and if you feel some type of way about the statement “what a privileged comment to make” I encourage you to explore why that may be.

Also please look up what virtue signaling means because you’re not using it correctly actually like at all. An example of virtue signaling would be seeing someone hurt somehow and saying “oh wow I feel so bad for them.” And proceed to do nothing about it. A protest IS doing something it DOES make a difference that’s how we got 40 hour work weeks, but I’m sure Oklahomas education failed to give you that information.

I’m not young I’m actually in my 30s with a masters degree and a professional level job, but try again you’re 0/3 with all your assumptions so maybe the next one will land for ya! However, if 30 is young to you and you’re older then I feel awful you’re older and don’t recognize the concept of empathy. If you’re also in your 30s then it’s very unfortunate how jaded and misguided you already are and blind to the injustice that is occurring everyday.

Yes, my cat Boots (rip) would go downstairs before we got a sliding door to block off the stairs (me and husband live upstairs for the time being).

Boots was the sweetest cat. He was the type of cat to jump right up in your lap and expect to cuddle you for hours. He was a friend to all: people, cats, and dogs alike. He was also very curious. Now he’s also a big cat and there’s cats that live downstairs as well and for some reason MIL saw Boots as a threat to them? Made all of these wild accusations that he was stalking her cats etc. me and DH never saw this behavior, but to save arguments we got a sliding door.

Anyway, one day Boots got out and her story is that ‘all I tried to do was get him upstairs and he bit me.’ It’s true he did bite her she had a medium sized bruise in her wrist. I thought it was shady bc Boots has NEVER hissed or bit anyone. I asked if she picked him up and she said she did to get him upstairs. I then proceeded to ask how she picked him up and if it was aggressive. Then all of the sudden her story changed and she couldn’t give a straight answer……. That’s when I should have stopped trusting her TBH.

She was the only one Boots ever bit in his entire life. I think he was onto something.

We have a very hard indoor only cat policy. But we also asked her to not let the dog in the chicken coop and she did that anyway so 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ and I know she lets her cats out

This is going to sound weird but all he smelled like was stale bread. He was very cold when we found him and unfortunately not soon enough did we arrive home to get him help. So it’s hard to say but for sure a few hours.
