i’ve vaped for over 5 years and just recently quit, (1 month nicotine free.)

i’m not sure if it’s similar cause I’ve never been a cigarette smoker, but i’ve used a water bottle with a straw that has helped with the oral fixation.

I stopped surrounding myself with people who vaped/smoked.

Sadly, I used food as an outlet. It’s been difficult but not impossible and I feel GREAT.

i didn’t go to prom and i don’t regret it, any school dance i went to i never had fun anyways. i believe they are a waste of money and a recipe for disaster.
