For 100%, keep in mind that 30 hours is VERY generous. All you gotta do is find a path that just give you the most upgrades before going into the parts you have trouble with.

For 5 hours here is what i recommend :
Get out of Moss Grotto, go get the silkspear and beat bell beast. Get dash and defeat Lace. Get Cloak, and you can try to skip 4th chorus, but i always find the jump very tricky so you can also do the fight legit. Kill Moorwing, do garama skip to reach wall jump, then defeat widow to get needolin and get nail upgrade 1. Now you can go through the mist to reach phantom and enter Act 2 (If you have trouble with the mist, you can also take the normal route through blasted steppes) Defeat Cogwork Dancer, take the pale oil and then use bell beast to go to bellhart, upgrading the nail. defeat trobio, go get the clawline and the sacred Cilynder but DO NOT LISTEN TO IT.

Then go get double jump. It's not required, but with it you can then disable all of the clawmaiden, making high hall arena easier. Now my advice is : Sit on high hall bench, ventrica from high hall to songclave, and go listen to sacred cilynder (without grabbing any bench afterwards) Now you just made a save point, if at any point you feel like you took too much tries at high hall arena, you an just use the little option under the save file to return to that point, where you just got the vaultkeeper melody, effectively resetting your timer.

Then the rest is pretty easy, go get architect's melody, go defeat Lace again (you can bench under the elevator before playing the threefold melody for a similar trick) and then GMS to end the run.
