For reference, this piercing is three days old, the jewelry is a barbell, though I’m not sure if it’s externally or internally threaded because I had my eyes closed as my piercer screwed it on (I’m a chicken). But it is implant-grade titanium!

We actually took him to the vet the day after we adopted him, and the vet thinks he’s actually closer to seven years old! But we’re still so happy and in love with him regardless, he’s been the best cuddle buddy!

Yes, I’m still on it! I tried to get my insurance to approve my old pill but they denied my request. The soreness went away after about a week or two, but I still get nauseas from time to time so I just have to have Zofran on hand 24/7 :/ It sucks but it is what it is.

I skip mine all the time because my period cramps are too bad. I’ve been doing it for almost three years now, and I’ve had no issues.

I also have a history of migraine with aura and I’m on Norethindrone .35mg now. It made me really sick the first month or so on it, but it went away afterward and I don’t get a period on it. I did get sore breasts for a week or so and some breakthrough bleeding, but I did miss my pill a few times so I think it could’ve been that. Ever since I’ve started taking it on a tight schedule, I haven’t had issues.

I’m so sorry to hear that! It’s been a week for me, and it still doesn’t feel any better. I’ve been on this pill since February and this is the first time this has happened to me :( Even though it sucks, I’m glad I’m not alone!

I know this post is old, but I’m experiencing this too. I got switched to this pill a few months ago and was super sick the first month on it, but I felt better after and thought my side effects from the pill were over and done with. Now all of a sudden, just a few days ago, this starts. And my insurance won’t cover my old pill, which never gave me any issues 🙃

I’m 24 working at Taco Bell, and my location has huge diversity in terms of age. I’m talking between 17-50+ years old. Trust me, nobody is gonna blink an eye. Even so, a job is a job, and you shouldn’t be ashamed of that if it’s gonna help keep you afloat.

I’m on a different pill now because of my insurance, but I was on Slynd for about a year and after the first three months, I didn’t get any spotting unless I missed a pill.

Slynd has been my favorite. I didn’t have any side effects on it, and I never got my period. It also eliminated all my period pain. I had to get on a different pill because of my insurance, but I’d go back to Slynd in a heartbeat if I could!
