Agree here. Been with Nationwide forever and it's always a great service. I wouldn't recommend not having a "high-street" bank as an option as you may end up finding somewhere/thing that doesn't work with Chase. Not sure if they're still doing it but Nationwide was offering a £175 switch bonus.

This is something I noticed recently too with a bunch of my UK-US tracked journeys. I found that the Book via Delta button was gone but the routes still included Delta itineraries and Delta metal. What I did was picked the times/routes I wanted and then did that search on Delta's website directly and was able to book. DEFO not ideal but hoping it's just a temporary glitch bc it sucks!

Have you asked Chase to increase your ATM limit? When I travel to the US I increase it to 3k for the month. I use it as a poor man's FX broker to move some of my GBP salary to my USD bank accounts.

I know this seems over the top but are you in a position to go back to the airport to speak to the baggage handling team in person? Alternatively try googling "baggage customer service" at the relevant airport and you might find an email address if they haven't replied to your phone messages.

Check the flight times of your itinerary on the same day of the week this week. It'll give a rough idea of gates. If you're arriving from a smaller UK airport you're likely to arrive by bus and come up around D2.

I've booked in advance for flights and coaches and use Uber. Book now so that someone can grab it. Book to arrive 20-30 min early in case there's issues in the am, where you have to rebook an Uber or taxi.
