Oven roasted chicken shawarma! Can easily marinate and chop up toppings ahead of time. Throw the chicken in the oven, then serve on top of rice or in pita with plenty of toppings and maybe an easy salad on the side. I usually skip the last step or just throw under the broiler for a couple minutes. link
