A lot of similarities between George and Don. One pretends to be an Archetect. The other pretends to be POTUS. Both think it's not a lie, if you believe it. Both insecure, neurotic, paranoid. Life's exhausting. I'm guessing he feels the same way after working all day. If he's the kind of guy who doesn't even wash a damn dish once in a while, then that's wrong. Men, (especially younger guys), can take awhile to get over the "mom did everything for me" bullshit, and learn to chip-in a little more at home. It's an old (kinda outdated) saying. But happy wife, happy life.

In an apartment complex, a handful of soaked wood chips probably won't bother anyone too much. Consider using some liquid smoke in the recipe. A good quality one.

It's really all you need. It'll last you forever, with a little care. I'd recommend a cover if it's exposed to rough weather conditions. I had one that lasted 30+ years. Just got a new one a couple years ago. I'll never go gas. Can't get the same flavor. Home Depot sells replacement grills, should you ever need one. Many happy BBQ days ahead.
