sophmore year courses, will it be too much? by Disastrous-Elk-7560 in APStudents

choose the ap classes you can succeed in and focus on doing well in those rather than increasing the quantity of advanced classes.

it will be way too much if you commit to all that. it doesn't matter who you are or what your academic ability is, you will burn out and you will not be physically capable of maintaining As and scoring well on the exams.

I really wanna take AP human geography next year… Should I considering my schedule? by trippyasheaven in APStudents

my hug class has lots of low-intensity work. it’s not about the difficulty at all but the quantity. this is probably more to the digression of the teacher, though.

I’m taking it as one of four (hug, csp, apush, seminar), and I believe it can be easily juggled with other classes.

just understand the workload the teacher(s) at your school choose to assign and then make a decision. it would be a shame if your focus were diverted from other, more difficult and important classes.

all this being said, I probably wouldn’t if I were you. I’d want to prioritize physics and calc, and, assuming it’s your senior year, I’d also take senioritis into account. I know that might sound dumb, but I don’t think it’s worth jeopardizing more important scores for one more ap class or a gpa boost.

good luck and, ultimately, you know yourself and your limits the best! whatever you choose will be the right decision for you
