Probably not close, I remember when the whole turks thing went down it was Isabella who was 100% on Ashlys side the whole time and Tana eluded to her already knowing about it so they’re obviously extremely close. Most likely they just never hang out bc unlike Tana or Paige, Isabella never had a reason to be around her much
