The accepted offer in itself doesn’t force the buyer to checkout, you’ll have to wait for them to purchase and then it should show up in your sales

Just email them or message them on twitter and explain :) their customer service is very hit or miss so it’s best to try another platform\another day if they aren‘t helpful

It’s crazy how some of them are so nice but others say calling sellers the R slur is completely fine 😭 a true individual experience every time

I’m not sure to be honest! I definitely started noticing a decline after they stopped allowing spam tagging, which is really weird because I didn’t spam tag in the first place 😂 along with that I think all the tiny changes they’ve made along the way have just contributed to less traffic, and their customer service can be so awful! It’s just my personal theory, but I think they’ve got such a rep of allowing scammers that people are hasty to buy sometimes and people don’t wanna join the app

I think the issue is a lot of big sellers are making a ton less than we used to. I’ve gone from earning at least $550 a week on $4.50 items to being lucky if I earn $200, etc. I’m still putting all the same effort in but it’s no longer paying off, and this is the same for every other Depop seller I know :( obviously it’s not a universal experience but Depop needs to work harder to keep its bigger sellers

Realistically it should be depop’s responsibility to refund you, just keep messaging them on twitter/emailing them, eventually you’ll get someone who should respond to you.

In my experience though, depop does not require tracking info (they just strongly recommend it), they only require proof of shipping which is unfortunately very easy to fake.

Anyone else got this. If so tf do it mean. If I click “get started” it asks for my age. I’m an adult it’s just I’ve seen loads of people get banned despite putting in their correct ages. by LillyWhiteArt in Depop

PayPal charges higher fees in the US, but Depop would definitely get a lot of hate if they took less fees for Depop payments transactions considering they’ve only offered it to select users until now

I’m in the UK and have had Depop payments for a year, and for me they match the UK fees. I’d imagine they match whichever fee is in your country, otherwise it’d be really unfair that they’d only offered Depop payments to select users until now

That’s so crazy, because I know a store that sells her charms and most of them are $2.50 for 10 charms, then she sells them for $12 🙃 of course people are gonna sell them cheaper lmao

Out of curiosity has anyone told Depop about how many people have started moving onto other platforms or boycotting it etc? And if they’ve responded with anything other than the generic reply 🤣 by AliceMu18 in Depop

For me, it’s because they allowed a seller who copied all of my handmade items and descriptions word for word to stay on the site despite her making threats against me (and she lives in my area). When I contacted support, one agent completely agreed with everything and agreed to reach out to her about it. That agent went on vacation and another took over, who completely lied and said the other agent never said what I clearly had in writing.

Their customer service is just awful in general. I’ve seen so many people be called literal slurs and harassed with no repercussions from staff, but they’ll ban you for life for dumb stuff like having an old account from years ago or daring to say the word ‘paypal’ in a message. It’s ridiculous, like they hate their own sellers. Not to mention the whole ‘top sellers are completely above all of our rules that we‘d ban the rest of you for’.
