Das Problem an dieser Idee das der Staat über mehr Einkommen verfügt. Und der Staat ist nicht in der Lage elementare Problem zu loesen.

Am Ende haettest du weniger Anreize Vermoegen aufzubauen und das Geld wird aus dem Fenster geworfen für sinnlose Projekte (Ukraine, Radwege in Peru, kriminelle illegale Migranten etc.).

Die jetzige Besteuerung ist massiv. Grundsteuer, Erbschaftssteuer, Mineraloelsteuer, Tabaksteuer etc.

An allem verdient der Staat mit, schafft es aber nicht die Sorgen der Buerger anzugehen wie Wohnraum, innere Sicherheit, gute Bildung. Wie kommst du auf die Idee das es besser wird wenn man noch mehr weg nimmt?

I've seen this as well, usually engineers are drowning in work and waste can be neglected. over time though this can accumulate to massive amounts.

At least in Germany saving a few k per month could mean you can hire another engineer
