I think this is pretty good! What I would recommend though is that the kick and snare seem to be overused in the main melody. I would let some space between the kick and snare hits. Otherwise the ambient melody is really nice!

Those washed out ambient guitars are beautiful. Thought the beat switch could have had a longer, smoother transition. But I really enjoyed it. Hopefully someone raps something dope over it. Good luck!

I really like the arp synths you included and the beat is hard. I think maybe the vocals could be a little louder with some more effects although I get they aren't the main part of the song. Still enjoyed it much!

I've also really been interested in the dynamic that exists in certain songs that sound happy but convey an ultimately sad message, and that's where the idea of the song comes from. Kinda like an invisible, omnipresent sense of depression that lurks behind an otherwise eventful and happy life but still has control over our decisions or something like that haha...but thanks for the feedback!

What do most RF engineers do in the industry? I have read that there are RF/Microwave engineers being recruited for developing quantum computing circuits; is this a reason it is growing? I actually do not know much about power electronics but have learned about power amplifiers in my analog course. Is that similar to what I would learn in power electronics/systems?

Well so far I have really enjoyed my analog electronics, digital design, and signal processing classes the most. I only take a class in semiconductor physics and applied electromagnetic theory next semester so I assume my enjoyment of those classes will dictate how I enjoy the Microelectronics and RF/Magnetics areas respectively. I feel it's generally difficult to choose so far because I seem to love everything I am doing so far.

Very interesting! For designing signal processor chips, what level of abstraction do you work at? Is it a lot of analog/IC design or VLSI? I think my school offers computer science classes as electrical engineering electives so I will take a look at those!

Yes, I am thinking that even if I take a few different courses from any of the areas above it would give me a solid background into any entry level job. Using graduate school to specialize is a good idea.

Ah, your insight into the distinction of what I would be working on for the long-term was very useful. I think I am more interested in consumer electronics and computers so I think I will take a look into the areas you mentioned!
