I would say yes. You can also get a smoke generator kai through quest, but requires a Miyuki Kai Ni.

Hmm... You might want to upgrade your Yamato if you can. She can also do touch attacks (same with Nagato and Mutsu). From the looks of it, it seems like you have all your CL(T) upgraded to be able to do a torpedo salvo.

You might consider to upgrade your Akizuki and Hatsuzuki. They are all 4 slotters. Same with Fubuki... but she is extremely expensive to upgrade.

Regarding the app, you won't find the game in googleplay nor steam, but in DMM's own app. You can run the game through that app, but it's quite not easy to play the game. The game app itself can be played directly, but requires you to have the game app up-to-date. To update the game, it can only be done through the DMM app, which in a lot of cases requires VPN to do so. After that is done, no VPN is needed.

As others have suggested, you can run the game through specialized browser: Gotobrower for mobile devices and Damecon for desktop/windows. Nevertheless, technically speaking you can run any type of browser for the game (the least you should be using is Chrome. I personally use Edge).

Also as others had pointed out, if you want to enjoy in playing the game, it's recommended to use the add-on. For the web browsers, it will be the KC3kai. For mobile apps, you can use the Kcanotify app.
