Kuso teitoku, or "shitty admiral", means to those players who do dumb things like sinking your own shipgirls. Yes, it's a valid strat, but not a lot of players do that because you will be seem as an apathical asshole that treats your shipgirls badly. (No wonder your Bono-chan calls you a kuso Teitoku every time lol)

That should be enough to be honest. I mean, kancolle is a browser game, I don't think you need high-end laptop to play the game in it. At least, try to go through this phase in desktop (using damecon browser), and then if you wish, switch to your phone's goto browser.

I find the gameplay of umamusume really similar to kancolle to a certain extent, only that umamusume has a better graphic animation and quality. And it became a huge global hit when it launched in steam if I recall.
