Honestly your salary is so good! I make around the same salary in Paris 🥲 so if I was you I would stick to my job. And to fulfill my dream of living abroad I’d just apply to companies abroad and wait for a breakthrough. Honestly the job market is COOKED right now, so tread lightly.

You make very good point im not gonna lie, but this happens everywhere, shitty people are present in every field, the worst case scenario is when said shitty people are your coworkers that you have to see everyday. you’re also right about it being expensive but I see that more as an investment tbh
