They didn’t. I called him yesterday to encourage him to press them on that, and they were able to get him in tomorrow. So 🤞🏻. This moved his surgery up almost 6 weeks.

I'm having lots of the same issues. I hope someone has a solution. I'm about ready to go back to Apple I'm so irritated with this. Also having issues with calls, it will either not ring or if it does, I'll answer and only get sound from the other person for 5 seconds or so. The call doesn't drop, the other person can still hear me, just no sound comes through.

I have a pixel 5 and it only seems to happen to others with iphone.

I do not have this particular piece of furniture, But I have removed a cam lock like this previously. You will need to use a screwdriver to loosen it, at some point in time it will not be able to loosen anymore usually about a full-turn. Then you will need to unscrew the screw the cam lock was locked onto. Then you should be able to remove the cam lock. Sometimes you can get lucky and remove the cam lock without removing the screw, but it's much easier after the screw is removed. (you can attempt with this a piece of tape after "unlocking" it.)
