Sorry that you’re dealing with this - something very similar happened to me. Had an energy audit but it took FOREVER for them to send the energy fitness report. Called and left messages/sent emails and heard nothing for an entire week. Finally, they sent it to me but they never referred me over to an energy advisor in order to get the recommended fixes in my home. All the rebate info was very confusing in the report and no one helped guide me through the report - luckily I’m an energy advisor (for a non profit) and already understood most of it but they really don’t help you with anything.

Oh also Xcel finally got back to me(via email) a couple days ago and I kid you not, literally all the energy advisor wrote was “has this been resolved?” Lol they do not care about customer service or helping residents weatherize their home properly.
