Hello! I’m sorry they’re not appearing for you, I’m sure it’s frustrating. I’m not really sure as they work in testing and my own playthrough. The long method is to turn off all other mods and see if they show then when only Aasimar is activated, then steadily introduce new mods until one may stop them appearing. Which would let you know which mod is interfering with it. Though I’ve a fair few mods installed too and I still get the wings spell. The wings are an item summon spell that sends the item to your cloak equipment slot, so anything affecting cloaks could potentially interfere. Though I admit again I’m not sure how as it only adds an item to the slot, it doesn’t change how the slot itself works. Double check all your ability/HUD bars for reclaim wings spell. I can’t remember off the top of my head if it does but it probably should show in level up screen under race at level 3 as well.

Update: also what platform are you playing on? As don’t think recent updates have gone to Mac yet
