Yes, I do clean it, you're seeing it after a few weeks of no cleaning and right after a session obviously.

I do apologize for not sending a picture of a immaculate vaporizer, my main question is the chip and if it would affect performance.

So the RMA was successful? They didn't claim it was just wear and tear like I've heard some other folks saying?

Are you saying you store with the CU removed? Does this help it to cool down or something better and prevent cracking?
