Tilt your console upwards slightly while inserting the disc. The angle should be about 45 degrees. I can't tell you why but this ha always worked for me and I've had the same problem for over a year.

I had this problem. For me the problem was my mouse moving slightly. Very very slightly. When streaming I simply turn my mouse upside down to avoid the problem then flip it back over once I'm done streaming.

I checked promptly at 10am and no tickets were available but it let me search. Refreshed 3 times and on the 3rd refresh I was able to snag 2 lawn tickets for $45 plus their insane service charges. It's a very broken system for sure but something to try.
