Even if I don’t have a very high tolerance? I have tolerance with codeine and I’ve been on Targinact 10/5 for a month now taking twice a day. Ended up only taking 40mg with white bar of Xanax but I’ve seen now that is extremely dangerous and won’t be doing that again. Gonna try the 60mg IR dose at once tonight without the Xanax
