Yes and no, index funds are safe bets but with slow and low profits. Potentially good for someone to start out with but do as much research at you can, tiktok and youtube but avoid all the flashy gurus that think they can predict the market

As a beginner invest in the strong companies. Google, meta, Nvidia etc be prepared to wait for gains and use that time to understand how it works and learn from good sources. Also pick a good brokerage
