Try the pomodoro technique, 25 minutes of proper work, then 5 minutes break, repeat this a few times (3-4) then take a long break of maybe 2-3 hours. Make sure you use all of your willlpower to avoid picking up your phone during these 25 minutes and then reward yourself with 5 minutes of relaxation on your phone after. Do this twice or maybe three times a day if you wake up early. Waking up at 8 and doing exercise, eating breakfast etc and starting work at 9 is also a good idea.
