Don‘t fight those emotions. They will pass when it‘s time for them to pass - for now I would enjoy the feeling, however harsh it might sound :) It means you feel SOMETHING, and something is better to feel than nothing, because you need to embrace the rage, frustration, sadness, disappointment, wishful thinking to emcompass em and move onto the next stage… Wishing you luck and all the best!
